Compendium Rules

Is there a race you wish you could read or write more about? Is the master list just not enough detail for you? Well, let me introduce you to the Compendium, friends. The Compendium is a collection of separate threads that detail specific information on the subject race. It's a powerful tool for someone who believes there's still a lot more to say about the race they created, or even one that another player has created. With that, we have a few rules on how to use this series of infinite racial knowledge.

1. You must have the credit for the race you are trying to write a compendium for. Alternatively, you must have permission from the credited author of the race in order to create one. There will be consequences for beginning a Compendium or entry for a race that is not credited to you without permission.

2. Each new Compendium thread will be titled under the following naming convention so it is clear and neat within this guide board;
Racial Compendium: [Insert Race Name Here]

3. Compendium information does not need to follow a strict guideline, but entries should be organized neatly and display clear and understandable information.

4. As this information does not need to be approved and is open for all, staff reserves the right to request a change if information presented is unclear, vague, clashes with another race's information or site lore. If you aren't sure about something, feel free to ask staff before you write that particular entry.

5. Think of this as like a journal or an encyclopedia for a specific race, and feel free to have as much fun with it as you like! Pictures may be used, as well as mock journal entries, computer database files, maps, etc. The power of creativity is your friend here, use this as a free space to express yourself!
