Sireissa had gone to the beach early in the morning. But she had gone to a side that not many people really went to. The shore was rocky and the waves were not nearly as friendly as the main beach front. But it was here that Sireissa liked the most. To have the water crash against the sharp rocks and create angry foam...it almost made her miss home. Almost. Walking here, she had put on a swimsuit (simple red bikini), shorts, grabbed a towel and sandals, and walked on out to this little outpost.

Carelessly, the siren threw her articles to the side. Last to go were the bottoms to her bikini, leaving her in nothing but her top. After all, that was simply going to be broken anyway. And it was a pain to have to buy new every time she wanted to go into the water. Hopping from one deadly rock to the next until she found the rock closet to the ocean. Standing there, anyone who could have walked by would have thought she was nuts. Thought that she was simply throwing her life away as if it was some trifle thing. They would be wrong. After all, Sireissa thrived in waters that clashed. Well, to a point. After all, too rough and even she would have a hard time swimming through it.

Her duel colored eyes gazed down at the water. With the waves crashing against the rocks, there was no way to see her reflection. Not that she needed to. After all, she was jumping in and getting wet anyway.

And without a second more of hesitation, the brunette dove into the water.

Cool water rush pasted her as her body rapidly changed. Breathing under the waves became second nature. Her legs, which she used to walk upon the land, swiftly transformed into a single red tail with fins at the end. Even her eyes went from two colors to a solid red in both irises. She was, by far, the most beautiful siren there had been for a while. Many confused her for a mermaid, one of the gentler of the merfolk. It was their undoing. Many sailors and land dwellers alike fell pray to her. Killing them was done not just out of hunger, but spite and fun.

Today's trip was done more so out of not only boredom, but hunger. You simply could not go into this town and order human flesh. Not unless you knew a guy or went underground. Even then, simply buying her food was not nearly as fun as luring someone to their deaths. And with the beach filled with idiots, her chances of snagging someone was even greater than most. But, she had to do it carefully. With so many people out and about, the chances of her getting caught increased as well. Thus why she picked a rather dangerous rocky shore line. Only those looking for a thrill or looking to do something bad went there.

Swimming towards the crowded beach, Sireissa surfaced and looked to her food options. Many were better than others, but to catch them was a bit more difficult. She wasn't powerful enough to ensnare people with a strong mind. But those were always the better tasting ones. A shame. With her eyes set upon her target, the siren moved in closer and begun singing. A few times she had surfaced in to see if the man she had captured with her song was in fact following her. Carefully, Sireissa managed to lure the victim to the swirling water of doom. Ever so slightly, the man moved from one rock to the other until he made it to the last one where she jumped earlier. Returning to the surface, her red eyes smiled at him as she continued her song. The poor male leaned down so he could get a better look at her. It was at that point that the red tailed siren finished her song and nabbed him. Dragging the guy into the waves with her, she not only begun to drown him, but started to take bites out of him. Her food always tasted better this way than simply ordering it.

Once the meal was done, the brunette lifted herself up onto a rock and rung her hair out. What was left of the body floated beside her. With the amount of blood in the water, she was sure sharks might come and visit the beach. Not that she really cared. It wasn't an issue for her. Maybe if one came over, she could have another meal. It had been a long time since she had fresh seafood. Regardless Sireissa sat upon the rock, humming along, as she did her best to wring her hair out. It would have been an odd sight to see her there with a mangled dead body. Not that she was too worried.

He really… Didn’t like the crowded beaches that he walked on. Too many people, too illegal to kill shiv them all and leave nothing more than a trail of corpses in his wake. Such a pity. But then again, it really wasn’t the killing that he only enjoyed. Cutting them into pieces was almost just as much of a relaxing thing as watching the life drain from their eyes. But the pier was by far one of the best places to get rid of the ‘chum’, the only evidence that really remained of his victims. Fish were such indiscriminate eaters and they got rid of everything that he needed to in one simple move.

His sandaled feet guided him around the people on the beach, his hands in his pockets as he clutched a pocket knife that he carried at times, something to ease the tension of wanting to stab every single person around him as he continued his journey along the sand. His gaze scanning the crowd as he kept murder in the back of his mind and a relaxed smile plastered to his lips, but he saw one person who seemed to stick out more than anyone else. Though he too looked like just another person going down the beach, it was the fact that he’d trot for a few strides, pause and trot a little more and repeat. It was strange… and it caught his attention, his gaze flickering out to the water where the man was watching, seeing nothing for a moment before what seemed to be a head popping out of the water before sinking back down.

Curiosity got the better of him and before he knew it, the unicorn found himself following the other man without even realizing it until the other man got to the rocky shoreline. He waited on the shore, watching carefully, though he at least stood at a distance so that he wouldn’t be seen by the thing in the water that… Pulled the man into the water. Blood quickly filled the water just past the shoreline and after a little longer, a woman lifted herself from the water and plopped herself on the shoreline, the body floating just a little ways away in the water. He was more than intrigued by the woman and after a moment, he hopped down the rocks carefully with strange gracefulness as he climbed down.

It wasn’t until he got closer that he noticed just who it was, or who it looked like from behind at least. Should he assume and possibly get it wrong? Or maybe he should air on the side of caution and approach her without that air of familiarity. He grinned almost happily at the woman as he called out to her. ”Did you enjoy your meal?” Aeolus asked warmly in his usual casual yet polite tone, not at all seeming weirded out by the body floating in the bay.

Post by Arden Ealdwode Tue Jul 10, 2018 11:51 pm

"Hmmm.. I know Aeo said he was coming to the beach today... I wonder where he is..." Arden would still be at the more busy side, leaving his favorite Gazebo bar. If he tried hard enough, he knew he could have lured that pretty little bar tender into his bed. It wouldn't have been hard, a few silver tongued words and he would have been 'eating that booty like groceries.' The thought made him chuckle, kids these day and their songs. Ass wasn't something he liked to eat, but the phrase did make him smile. She was good looking, sun kissed skin, with dark eyes, and hair. As he walked he would brandish his big stupid grin, thinking about the woman. Perhaps later he would try his luck, but for now he thought it best to let the 'trash' clear out. That man he had talked to earlier, the one who had told him summer time wasn't for chasing tail, it still put a sour taste in his mouth. Any other day he would have got up, and knocked him down, but not today. That 'boy' was lucky the stallion was feeling passive today, perhaps the beer in his belly keeping him buzzed, or maybe just the ocean breeze. Either way there would be no blood on his hands today, or so he thought.

"If I hated people, but liked the ocean where would I be?... Hmmm..." Arden looked around, there were too many loud sounds of people laughing and playing here. Too much joy. There would be no way Aeo would hangout in such a cheery area. With a chuckle he would head down the beach, knowing there was a more secluded spot down yonder. The waves were terrible, the shore was rocky. Even the Seagulls seemed to avoid it. 'Duh..' Arden's grin widened even more as he headed that way, toward the 'emo' beach.

After a while of walking, he would stumble onto the beach. If you could call it that, there were no babes here. At lest none that he noticed yet. In fact, it seemed somewhat empty, peaceful even. Pulling his hand above his eyes to block the sun he would scan the horizon. Spotting the Hawaiian shirt, and shorts he knew he'd stumbled across his brother. 'What a nerd.' Arden chuckled softly, walking a bit closer. Keeping quiet till he was with-in shouting distance, Arden would pull both hands to the sides of his mouth. His voice wasn't a scream, instead it was just a 'loud enough' boom to catch Aeo, and unknowingly Sireissa's attention. "Aye, Edgar Alan Poe. Don't fall in!" His usual playful tone vibrated from his throat, although he was joking, there was a part that was ready to jump into dangerous waters if needed.

If Aeo turned around Arden would wave one of his muscular arms, laughing. Then walking over. Carefully hopping from one rock to another, he made his way down to where Aeo, and Sireissa were. At first glace he greeted them with his big stupid grin, then he noticed the corpse. "Uh... So.. Did you at least eat your vegetables?.." The corpse with bites taken out of it caught him off guard, it wasn't everyday you ran into a partially eaten body. None the less, he wasn't afraid. He did live in a world with all sorts of monsters. As his curiosity peaked me would lean over, taking a look at Sireissa. "Damn girl, look at those fins. I take it you decided to have a little snack eh?"

It's Criminal to have this much Fun Empty Re: It's Criminal to have this much Fun

Post by Sireissa Sleigh Wed Jul 11, 2018 1:56 am

She was simply sitting there when someone called out to her. Her head tilted slightly to the side, deciding exactly what to do. Should she attack? Or simply stay as she was? But, as she sat there, she realized exactly who it was who had called out to her. Turning fully around, she glanced at Aeolus and smiled. "I did~"

Not long after, Arden had come forward as well. It seemed as if the other unicorn did not come to the beach with his brother. Sireissa knew that not all siblings tended to go with one another everywhere....it just seemed as if those two always did. So it was rather odd to see either of them with out the other close behind. Though, the fact Arden did show up slightly put the siren at ease.

The attention was then directed to not only the body floating next to her, but the fact she had fins and not feet. Her crimson eyes scanned over her similar colored tail as she moved it up and down. For the longest time, most of her life in fact, seeing her fins was nothing special. They simply were. Arden and Aeolus? This would be the first time that either have seen it. It was strange and new. Somewhat intimate as others would say. His words had brought a slight flush to her otherwise pale completion. "Yes. I was hungry. Summer is a great way to get an easy meal....does that seem strange to you?" She had asked it to Arden, but she meant it for both of them.

In a strange turn of events, she has grown to rely upon the Unicorn Brothers. Thinking them as more like family than the family she grew tired of and swam away from. Their options, for whatever reason, held weight that she was not comfortable with. Yet, here she was, waiting to see what they said. It was part of her nature to simply call weak minded men, and some times women, out to sea and devour them. It was simply what she did. It was as natural as breathing was for any land dweller. Her crimson eyes returned to both boys as she waited.

It's Criminal to have this much Fun Empty Re: It's Criminal to have this much Fun

Ah~ It was the Little Princess. His expression turned surprised for a moment before it turned gentle once more, spreading into a kind smile as he popped down another rock to get a little closer to her now that she wasn’t a threat of throwing him into the sea for interrupting her meal. However, after a moment, the sound of his brother’s boisterous voice caught his ear, calling him ‘Edgar Alan Poe’ even and he turned with a half-hearted glare over his shoulder to the other man as his brother waved his arm.

The unicorn sighed softly, but his smile returned as she shook his head as Arden moved toward them, hopping across the rocks. He listened to his brother’s banter quietly as he realized it was the Little Princess that was sitting in the water, half eaten body floating in the water before her. Really… He did quite love the way blood mixed with water, especially in the ocean. The waves crashing against the shore and making the foam turn a reddish color and watching the little fish swimming up to pick at the remains. As much as he hated the sea because he couldn’t swim and the risk of being dragged out was high, he truly loved it at well.

“I don’t think it’s strange at all, Little Princess.” He said warmly as he went down a few more rocks until he was next to her where he took a seat next to her at the water’s edge. Slipping off his sandals, he put his feet into the contaminated water without a second thought and looked over at the woman. ”If anything, I understand that feeling. Women tend to romanticize summer sunsets and it makes them rather easy targets when the urge hits.” He explained as he leaned back on his arms to look up at his brother. ”Don’t you think, brother? Your version of this is a bit different than my own, but summer makes for rather easy targets all around.” A grin crossed his lips as he chuckled softly.

He loved his brother, truly he did, more than anyone else on this world or in any other. Aeo wouldn’t be against giving his life to make sure his brother got a fighting chance at surviving and in this world, most of the time it felt like they only had one another to lean on. And as they began to settle in, he hadn’t lost that feeling toward the other. A fond sort of irritation when it came to the other’s teasing, but it was fine. ”Ah, this is the first time we’ve seen your fins, Sireissa. They’re quite beautiful with their hue and their radiant glimmer is just stunning in the sunlight.” He complimented her adoringly. It wasn’t rare for him to openly compliment those he was close to, especially if they were women and it seemed like he almost doted upon the Little Princess whenever she was around. She was like a younger sibling he’d never had and it made him feel… Strangely protective and affectionate toward her. It was both strange and familiar at the same time for the unicorn who never let anyone get too close to him. ”Wouldn’t you agree, brother?” His golden gaze turned back to Arden with yet another smile.

Arden would shake his head, grinning down at Sireissa, his expression gentle. I wouldn't call it strange. More risky then anything. Remember that most people won't react well to a corpse, more so one with bites taken out of it. I'm sure you're used to this by now, but be careful of where you feed. A body this close to shore, even one this unpopulated could spell trouble if someone stumbled onto it." Arden's smile would be somewhat apologetic, "I wouldn't worry at this point. By the time someone wanders over here we'll be long gone. haha!" With soft hearty chuckle he would reach up scratching the back of his head.

"Hmmm?" Arden would fully listen to what Aeo had to say about summer before taking a minute to think on what it was that would leave his mouth. Letting out a soft breathy chuckle he would nod. "All too true, Aeo. Tourists are the easiest though. Ladies come to this area for the beach and to find some summer lovin' and I'm all to happy to oblige... As for your version, I suppose it could apply to both of us. Drunk and sun burnt is a easy target compared to a sober one. Although... Business has been slow."

Looking to the ocean Arden would zone out for a moment watching the waves rolling across the bay. It was beautiful, the sheer power the ocean held made him feel small. A strange feeling for him, for a few seconds the world was quiet, his mind was at peace. After a few moments his brother's voice broke through the silence, snapping him back. He was talking about the girl's fins. His strange poetic words seemed like nonsense to the jock like stallion. It was cool and all, she had fins, but stunning? Eh~ Seeing as Aeo seemed fascinated y anatomy he could somewhat understand why his brother was so excited, however he was a bit worried that Aeo's obsessive behavior might trigger, and their little fish would be in danger. Arden would raise a brow to him for a moment, reminding him that Sireissa was a friend, and not be cut open. No matter how beautiful her fins were. Clearing his throat he would allow his warning to soften into another gentle smile. "Being half fish is pretty bad ass. You're lucky, seeing the ocean from under it... I bet it's really something." Arden would smile, everyone else seemed to be getting comfortable. Should he join? Shrugging gently, Arden would carefully make his way to the other side of Sireissa, sitting down with a soft 'oof'. He would then lean back on his hands letting his chest absorb more of the sun light.
