How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

How many times had Siresh and Jasmine said that they were going to be getting a drink? A few times. And how many times did either of them go out and get drinks? Hardly ever. Either they simply weren't up for it by the time it rolled around or something else came up. Tonight, however, Jasmine and Siresh had finally decided it was time to sit down and have a drink. There was much to talk about, yet both of them were silent. They had taken a far off corner booth, away from most everyone else. It helped that it was an average busy night. Enough noise around to drown out whatever they were talking about yet not enough people to be sitting directly around them and listening to them. Some kind of game was playing, and most everyone was siting close to the bar to see it.

Jasmine stared down at her Jack and coke. She had decided to take it easy to start off with. Not too strong but strong enough. She sat across from Siresh as she swirled her drink. The two spent most of their waking ours together. Yet, coming to a place like this for fun and not work seemed awkward. What did they talk about? Both agreed to not ask questions about one another's past. But to not have any conversation also felt out of place. But how to break the ice? What could they possibly talk about that wasn't either related to work or didn't go so far down their respective rabbit holes that either would get angry?

Letting out a sigh, Jasmine took another swig of her drink and looked up to him. "You know...I've given you a lot of power, Bronze. I've not only given you my name, but my brother's as well. I've known you for months now and you have yet to actually give me a proper name. So what is your actual birth name?" She expected something along the lines of another fake name. It wasn't that she didn't trust him, but...she didn't trust him. Sometimes it was hard to decide if he was telling the truth or lying. Maybe bronze was his real name. Though, the likelihood of that was very slim. Who would want to name their child that. Then again...she heard someone called their child Blanket. OR apple. People were so weird.

Knocking back the rest of her drink, she continued the conversation. "Okay, how about ask one another a few questions. We can either freely pass on them, or answer them. But if we pass on a question, the other person gets to ask two questions next time and one has to be answered. I'll respect your boundaries if you respect mine kinda deal, okay? So since I asked the first question...we'll start with that one. What is your real name?"

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

After so many attempts in suggesting to have a drink with her, the time was finally now. They were caught up on work and had the spare funds to have a brief moment of R&R after the absolute monstrosity of an outing they had. The power of suggestion was indeed a powerful tool, but even Siresh was starting to think that Jasmine would never cave into temptation. Was he really that repulsive of a human being? Of course, the nature of their relationship was work exclusive. He understood that. Jasmine was very to herself though and didn't seem to have many people in her life to occupy her free time. It couldn't hurt to bring their partnership to another level. A more personal level of non-intimacy, of course. Strictly platonic. Girls are gross.

With that, he was hardly trying to impress anyone. This didn't stop him from looking his best to go to the bar, however. His mission attire was almost always a button down with cargo pants, already pretty dressed up for the occasion to get dirty. Tonight he'd actually put on a nice pair of slacks and top off that nice rolled sleeve button up with a suit vest and even a tie. Once he was looking appropriate and dapper, he strolled himself on out to meet with his partner who was already on her way to the bar. He told her to get a headstart while he closed out some final business things on his end for the day. Working an honest private investigations gig was a rather lucrative and easy side job. One day maybe he could make an honest career out of it one day. Until then, there were folks in the city that still needed someone mad enough to do the things Siresh did best.

Midway through his walk, he felt his phone buzz in his pocket. Instead of taking it out to look at it like a normal person, he brought his finger to his ear and spoke, "Display new message." The prompt registered in his retinal display and brought up his phone screen directly to his right eye for discreet viewing. He received an email from a new client to his honest business email, just after closing shop for the day. Nothing stopped him from working after hours, but tonight was sort of important. It could wait until the morning. At least until he saw the name that the email was addressed from. A. Brozus. He already knew who that was and looked back and forth on the street as if he was guilty of something already. He wasn't, but he already felt guilty to just see her name. There was no harm in reading what his new client had to say though, right? So he read.

Talented Bronze Tiger Investigator;

My name is Alyse Brozus, a wife of a man named Jesus Brozus. I've looked far and wide for a capable company in the city and reviews have led me to you. Recently my husband has displayed odd behavior in the household that is completely out of character for him. I fear that after 7 years of marriage he has succumbed to the "7-year itch" and is convening with other women. We have 6 beautiful children and I need to know the truth so that I can make the best possible decision for them. Please let me know your thoughts and if you can help me.

With a heavy sigh, the alleged cyberterrorist found his way to the bar after reading the entire message and wrapping his mind around it. His partner was still waiting on him but another moment longer couldn't hurt, right? Keeping his distance from the bar, he continued walking as he spoke the message to respond back to her. "Reply and insert text. Mrs. Brozus, I am deeply sorry that you have these suspicions of your husband. It will be my pleasure to assist you and find the information you need in order to make a decision about the future of your home life together. Looking into your husband's background, I understand that he was active duty with the United States military and went through an accident that put him out of his enlistment. Was he ever diagnosed with PTSD or any similar mental or emotional debilitation due to his service? I've found that many prior service members face hardships that may affect their state of mind at different stages of life. Your husband may be going through an episode of severe depression that can usually manifest in many different forms. I'd like you to describe his behavior and think back to if he has ever been this way before? I'm not a mental health specialist by any means, but any patterns in his behavior can help me to better serve you in this case. Taking a moment away from his well being, I want you to explain your old daily routine and his as well to the best of your ability and how it differs from your routine now. Any personal notes or annotations are encouraged, as it will help me paint the best possible picture of the situation. We will start with that for now and I will talk to you again soon. Sincerely, Bronze Tiger Investigations, Agent Syesh Ward. Exit and send."

And there was yet another heavy sigh as he looked over to the bar from his position on the street. "What are you doing, Jesus?" His own brother? He was in the city with his family? It was news to Siresh actually. And on top of this, he was cheating on Alyse? No. He couldn't be. This odd bit of news was something that he wanted to just forget about for tonight. He began traversing back to it so that he could finally meet with his partner. Jasmine had found a nice spot in the corner of the place, away from prying ears and eyes for the most part. It was like she already knew he wanted this opportunity to finally get a few things off his chest. Their partnership started out more so like as if she was yet another client in need of investigations on a missing person. The man he introduced himself to her as, Bronze, was someone who could help her. He required very little in return until he realized that she was quite the odd character herself. Once Siresh tracked her brother Daniel to this city, they were an inseparable force to be reckoned with. She had a real fire and dedication to her work and finding her brother.

Siresh could tell things were starting to strain between them though. No doubt in his mind because he potentially knew so much about her and she knew very little about him. It wasn't very fair and quite one-sided, wasn't it? Siresh could agree with that, but it all depended on whether Jasmine would keep his identity a secret, which he wasn't exactly sure she would uphold. After all, he slipped up on hers a lot since she also could double as two different people. "So are you Jasmine or Daniel tonight? I'm sober and I can't even tell." Bronze smirked devilishly as he took his seat in the booth before her. The server came through asking for his drink order. A Long Island was his drink of choice. Strong and a literal representative of where he came from. The beverage came to him quickly, but he didn't even touch it immdiately as he also wanted some food to go along with it. He ordered a buffalo chicken panini, something easy and filling.

It was eerily quiet between them for awhile and it actually pressured him to begin drinking before his food was out like he had originally planned. It was a while before she finally broke the silence and began a little game after her more than invasive question. He got a little defensive actually, even though he already planned to tell her most things about him tonight. Odd how that worked, wasn't it? But he agreed with a soft nod to her little game. "Siresh K. Brozus. Nice to meet you." He answered simply. But what to ask her now? He didn't even know what he wanted to know about her. "Were you born and raised in Norway? Or is that just where you ended up?" He shrugged, feeling like he already knew that answer but it was something to warm up with until she started asking juicier questions and caught up to what he knew about her. "By the way, I had to pretend your last name was mine today. You want to put a ring on it? Mr. Syesh JD Ward does have a nice ring to it." Teasing as always. Maybe she'd get fed up with him and just leave.

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

He had given her his name. Wow, that was actually much easier than she had thought. Leaning back, she looked at him as she stirred her ice in her glass. The waiter came around again, picking up her glass and asking if she wanted another one. Shaking her head, she ordered something else. A White Russian and some pretzels. Easy snack food along with a heavy hitting drink. He quickly nodded and scampered off, leaving them alone again. Picking up her water glass, she took a sip before placing it down and answering a few of his questions. "It's Jasmine tonight. And...even though you already asked a question, I'll answer your second one. No. Pick your own last name. Ward is trash."

His actual question for her though caused her to reflect a bit. She could tell him that she grew up there. Not that it didn't matter. He could guess that out for the most part. It was a harmless question but she knew he wanted more. What more he could want, she'd never know for sure. In the end, Jasmine decided that she didn't want to skip the answer. "I spent the first sixteen years in Norway with Daniel." That was it. Their orders came and Jasmine took her food and took her sip. It wasn't happy. It was far from it. And leave Norway wasn't any happier. There was only one time she could really say that was happy and that was her short time with York. They parted on good terms to start with. They met up again and he decided he would help her. She left him afterwards.

Her gaze shifted down to her clothes. Even on nights where she could relax and be herself, she was dressed up in male like clothes. Did Jasmine even have an identity? Was she even her own self? Or simply half of a whole person? There were many times she thought about this question. Maybe times she wondered what life would have been like if she had lived like the pretty princess Bronze...er Siresh called her. Would she wear dresses? Would she have her hair long? All her life she has felt like she had been either running or chasing something. Running from her past or chasing after Daniel. She had a shot of being happy. Of being truly happy and she threw it away without even a goodbye. But, tonight wasn't about that. Tonight was to get to know your co-worker and roommate.

Stuffing her mouth full of more pretzel, she asked her question for him. "Do you have any siblings? A brother or sister in this Brozus family?" Maybe he had a lover. Maybe he had a family and children. She didn't know. For that matter, she didn't even know if he was going to answer that. What if he didn't? Well, it was best to start thinking of new questions. Was there a question she was dying to find out? There were plenty of them, but nothing came to mind right at this second.

"Why were you using my name for? What? Was Bronze already taken...Mr. Syesh JD Ward?" That question she fully didn't expect him to answer. If it was, that would be nice. But not apart of the rules. Maybe she'd ask him that one on the second go around. Maybe. Or maybe she'd ask something else like what his favorite color was. It obviously wasn't red. They saw too much of that to actually enjoy the color.

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

That was an interesting reaction. Ward is trash? Sure it's a pretty bland last name and reminded him of a Final Fantasy VIII character, but was that trash? No. His own name wasn't trash, after all. Siresh sort of shrugged it off though. The answer to her question was pretty interesting as well. Very short and to the point. Nothing more, nothing less. "Ok..." So they were born and raised for the most part until something happened at 16. Got it. Would he dare to ask more? Maybe not just yet. Of course, their food came out so it was high time they chowed down anyway. The long island was already getting to him since he had hardly eaten anything all day. Despite this, he ordered another so that he could casually sip on it.

Then she asked about his family, his siblings specifically. This was a little touchy to him. Did he answer how many were alive or how many he had in total? He genuinely wasn't sure what was best. "Yeah. The Brozus family consists of 5 brothers actually; including yours truly. I'm the best looking one, just so you know." Hardly the truth. Jesus was definitely the best looking, at least of his remaining brothers. Siresh even felt generous and took out a photo in his wallet, one of his family before it was torn apart. "I'm the youngest, right there. The woman in the photo is our mother. They're...all pretty far away now. But I wouldn't trade them for anyone else." His eyes watered a bit, but he was able to naturally retract himself without seeming off to her.

He ignored her other questions for now, figuring they were rhetoric and she didn't exact answers for them. So he went on to ask his, "Where did you go at 16?" He simply asked where and purposely omitted why or what she did there at that point. It would be up to her to elaborate, if she did. Until then, his panini was bombass and he was quite enjoying it. It was probably the first real meal he's eaten in weeks. Doritos and Mountain Dew was his stereotypical stable of choice on long work days. Dorito fingers tended to hide fingerprints too, no less.

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

Post by Jasmine Ward Sat Jun 02, 2018 9:56 pm

Four older brothers and a loving mother. The picture looked so lovely and beautiful. Besides one of them, they all looked a like. Event he blonde one looked like their mother. It was...honestly it was beyond words. This perfect family he held in his wallet was...a pain weld in her chest as she looked at it and her eyes started to burn. Before she could catch herself, a tear or two spilled over and dripped upon the table. This emotion, be it jealousy or what have you, was too much for her. Pulling herself away, Jasmine turned her head and glanced the other way, cleaning herself up. There was no reason for her to get so worked up for a stupid picture. It was unsightly and degrading to her. She needed to man up. Or woman up..or something.

"Sorry. Something got in my eye. It burns a bit." she lied while attempting to clean herself up even that little bit. Laughing, she turned back to him. "And best looking one and still not taken? I don't know. I think a few of your other brothers were pretty good looking. Especially the one with the long hair. You have his number? Maybe I'll give him a call." A joke at his expense if nothing else but to make herself feel better. She didn't know if they were alive or dead, married or not. He said far away. Far away could mean a lot of things. A lot.

She returned to her drink when Siresh had asked his next question, ignoring her other one. It was not time for his next question. Fitting he would ask her where she went to as she started the White Russian.

Jasmine was in the middle of going to take a sip of that drink when he asked it. Frozen, she thought long and hard on whether or not to answer him. If she did, he would then ask why she was there. Why she, a sixteen year old, had managed to go to Russia. How two sixteen year olds got there. Were her parents with them? Did they all move? That was a rabbit hole she did not want to go down. It would be her first question skipped. She knew full well he would ask her two next round and she had to answer one of them. If she skipped this question, he would know that something had happened when she turned sixteen....she knew this but she skipped anyway. "Skip."

Finishing her action, Jasmine took a long swig before returning back to the questions. She needed a new question for him. A real question for him. Would she dare ask where his brothers were? Would he answer if she did? The worst thing that could happen would be for him to skip the question. She didn't care enough to press it at the moment and thought of a different question. "Did you have a girlfriend in high school? With all your good looks you had, you much have had about twenty, right?" It was a fairly harmless question. It returned to him and not his brothers. She wasn't bold, or drunk, enough to ask where they were or why he couldn't see them. At least, she wasn't yet.

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

Post by Siresh Brozus Sun Jun 03, 2018 2:09 am

It was a strange reaction yet again from Miss Ward. It actually had him concerned for a moment until she decided to save face and blame it on alcohol reaching up and biting her in the eyes. She then, of course, told him the better looking one was his brother Jesus. The lady's man of the family. Always got the girls, even ended up marrying his. It was a blessing that the man kept onto Alyse this long without screwing up though. They were very happy together and Siresh was happy for them.

"He's happily married." Siresh would indulge her free of charge. "Sorry, you're stuck with the scraggly nerdy one." He laughed then, able to joke about himself without issue. It didn't bother him. But Jasmine ran out of options since 2 were dead, 1 was gay, and that one was married. Just leaves Siresh.

Jasmine skipped her next question, which he thought was strange. He didn't think it was too personal. But now he had every right to ask her two questions and she at least had to answer one. Might as well give her the option between two even more personal questions. "Ok." He took a sip of his second long island and placed it down, watching her carefully while she asked her next question to him. It could of been a very simple answer of 'No' but he was very generous tonight. "No, not twenty. I could have had anyone I wanted with the legacies my brothers set behind them for me. But I chose to have none. No girlfriend in high school for me." He'd let her ask again in another way if she really wanted to know if he had any at all.

"What about you? How many romantic partners have you had in your time?" Siresh was going to use this one to his fullest advantage as he smirked down at the table then. "Why were you really crying?" He flashed his eyes up to her then, displaying concern but also with a look of that he caught her on one of these. Still, not as mean as he could have been to her.

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

Post by Jasmine Ward Sun Jun 03, 2018 1:59 pm

She let out a sigh. "The good looking ones are always taken. A shame." Not that she was in the market for a boyfriend or a marriage any time soon. But good to know that at least one of his brothers were happy and alive. A two for one with that. She wouldn't press any further at the moment with it. After all, she needed to steel herself for the next set pf questions that came to her. And boy, were they a bit difficult to pick between.

Sitting there a moment, she mulled over which question to answer. Would she really go with why she was crying? No never. So her safest option was to answer the first question which....was a bit harder to answer. It made her think about it. Romantic partners? How many did she actually have? Was it just York? Was it really only him? Sure, she went on dates...but that was for work or information. It wasn't the same. Funny how that happens. She had sex a few times with a bunch of different people. A lot she didn't have a choice for. But just York.

A distant smile graced her lips as she answered the question. "One. I had one rather serious one. Best time of my life. I really...." Her eyes grew distant and the smile faded. Samuel York....a love she pushed away for his sake. For the pursuit of her brother. Did she regret it? Yes. Yes but no. It was esier this way. Safer for him. "I really enjoyed the summer with him but we parted ways. It doesn't really matter. What's done is done. Jasmine shrugged and ate her pretzel, dipping it in the beer batter cheese. "This is pretty good. Have a piece."

Jasmine broke a piece off, dipped it in the cheese, offering him the bite. Now if he took it or not was a no big deal to her. She was being nice. Letting loose. Were the drinks starting to get to her? Just a little bit but that was fine. Completely fine. Truth be told, Jasmine could stand to loosen up a lot. Just let herself enjoy the night. Who knows when she would have something like this again.

"So, next question. Have you tried getting ahold of your family? Or do they not want to talk to you?" He was a cyber terrorist so maybe that didn't go well with the family? Any normal family would ve ashamed of that. But maybe they were just waiting to see him again? So many questions, so little answers.

Siresh didn't expect her to answer that one. But it sort of made sense. He was beginning think her family life was harder than he might have initially thought. Regardless, he'd respect her space on that from here on out and try to keep her family out of it for now. At least, as best he could. Upbringings were very interesting and gave a lot of insight into an individual.

"You loved him?" He finished her first sentence about this mystery man. It wasn't a question she was obligated to answer, he already knew by the way she looked on it. Then she clarified. Just a summer? Siresh would have thought it impossible for anyone to get close to her in general. But it only took a summer? It took him an entire high school term to even realize someone was trying to get his attention. Even when he did date her, it took damn near a whole year to accept sexual favors, which were to not go beyond oral from either party. Maybe he was the strange one after all...

The tiger was too lost in thought to notice her initial verbal offer at first. He knew she said something, but he was thinking about Alyse again and her seemingly crumbling marriage to his brother. What if he held on to her and kept her for himself? Would she of been happy? Gods, at least he'd never cheat on her. His nostrils flared with agitation and it let in this wonderful scent that was brought to his face, snapping him back into reality. "Oh hey." Was all he could say in response to the gesture. He accepted it, but not as a normal person would. Instead of taking the end by hand, he moved his face to her hand and carefully bit the beer cheese dipped soft pretzel from his partner's hand.

He was too careful perhaps, the white cheese ran down and onto his face as it wasn't entirely secured into his jaws. He adjusted though and was able to consume the pretzel with such grace and wiped the cheese from his lips, unknowing that some was caught on his beard. "Yeah, pretty good." He'd have to look up a good beer cheese dip recipe and make some pretzel dough up one day. He could probably do it better. He wasn't going to diss on it though, it actually was rather delicious.

Her next question was difficult, but he could answer it. "Not on purpose, no. They...have a way of finding me though. Whether they mean to or not." Nathaniel and now Lyse were very good examples. "Due to the nature of my work and what has happened to me, I try to keep my family out of my life. I don't know what would happen if I tried to connect...I'm convinced it would not be safe for them though." He sighed deeply then as this question hit home and his guilt and grief over Nathaniel's death washed over. "It didn't go well for one of my brothers when he found me..." Take that as she will, he wasn't giving her much more on that.

What to ask her now? He found out about this guy in her life and that she's not keen to answer questions about family. It was a long moment before he figured something to ask her. "Only one...a pretty girl like you I somehow find that hard to believe." But of course. She was so focused on Daniel. She had no time for anything personal when it came to her goal of finding him. "What are you going to do with your life after you find Daniel? Is it over? Is your life normal again? Will you actually be able to live? Or will you find something else to be passionate about and find drive to continue this work? Is there an end to this in sight? Or just the beginning, Jasmine?"

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

Yeah. She did love him. But it didn't matter. Not anymore. Not like she used to. York deserved someone that would make him happy. Not someone obsessed with trying to track down their only family until it consumed them into the depths of hell. If only if only...but that was in the past. It wasn't coming up again any time soon. Not unless she got drunk enough for it. As it stood, she was pretty tipsy. Feeling pretty toasty. Her more guarded ways were slowly coming down. For instance, the cheese on Siresh's face. While he did his best to not make a mess and awkwardly take the bite from her fingers, he had gotten cheese in his beard. Not the best place to leave that stuff.

Taking her finger, Jasmine quickly wiped off all the cheese on his beard, or at least all that would come off, and stuck it in her mouth. "I said it was good. And what do you do? Start to waste it." The blonde sat back and picked up her drink again, gulping down another bit of it as Siresh answered her latest question. It was understandable with the line of work they were doing. Something she knew all too well. Though the fact one of them had found him and it didn't end well was something she was interested in. Truly she was. Well, kind of. It seemed Siresh was a lot more into family, especially his family, than she was. Jasmine knew she was the odd ball out. Her experience scarred her but not most families were like that. In fact, most were likely like Siresh's...however his was before he turned to a life of crime.

"It's better that way. If you don't get them involved," Jasmine added. "I mean, you don't want them getting hurt right? The less you involve them in anything, the better. I mean. In this line of work, anything goes right?"  Shrugging, she leaned back again and went back to eating her food. Man these were good. Maybe she's order another order with another drink. Maybe, who knows. What she did know was it was her turn to be asked a question. And...just like the last few he had given her, it was a difficult one thrown at her.

This question she had never really asked herself. What would she do when she found Daniel? Is her life normal when she gets him? What is normal anyway? It was something she never really had an answer for. It was just hurry up to the next spot. Hurry up and find the next clue for Daniel. Hurry up and get out of Russia. This way of life was...was it comfortable? Did she enjoy it? Or was it simply a means to an end? She had been so focused on finding her brother, she never really thought about a future. For that matter, she never really thought about a future before Russia. They were just surviving day to day until that event happened.

A long time had passed after Siresh asked the question. Her glass was now done and the rest of her food moved around but not finished and another drink had been ordered. It looked almost as if she would not answer this one, but she did. "I've never really thought about a future. Finding Daniel is...he is very important to me. He is my only family in this world and I let him get taken from me. I can't even be sure if he's alive or not. Quite honestly, he could be dead right now." Lifting her head, she glanced towards the side, away from him and laughed. "it's really funny, you know? Being so focused on one thing you lose every sense of you. I don't even know what I am like. This is my normal. Will I find something else to do when I find him? I guess I'll have to. Maybe. But to be truthful, I have no other skills. Hell, I didn't even finish my Ungdomsskole...my llower secondary school. Maybe I'll go back and finish somehow. There are online school for that, ja?"

Her drink next drink had come back to her and she gave the man a smile. He seemed a bit worried. He knew this drink was a knock out. She knew this drink was a knockout...but did Siresh know that this was going to put them on their asses? Sliding it to the middle, she smiled at him. "This is called akevitt. "Water of Life". It is a specialty back from the main country. Drink it with me, ja?" She took a sip and then slid it over to him before she spoke again. "And yes. I have only had one romantic relationship, but you never asked me about my sextual partners. That's different. So my question for you, Sir Brozus, is this; how many sextual partners have you had? I want to say it's in the double digits."

How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed) Empty Re: How About That Drink? [Mature] (Closed)

Siresh was very confused as she started to stand up. What did he do? Did she need to use the restroom? Was it something he said? Actually, when wasn't it something he said? It only confused him more with just one swipe of her finger to his jawline. It was an odd sensation, one that wasn't very familiar to him. What was she doing? "Oh...did I make a mess? How sloppy of me." He realized then and took a napkin to his entire face to make sure he got everything. It was as he was putting the napkin back in his lap that he realized his slacks had become rather tight. "Wow...I gotta chill out with this booze..." He'd even say out loud while he was half way into his third long island. Not that she could tell what it was in reference to. Maybe because he got white stuff in his face? Yeah, he'd go with that. Good plan.

Jasmine's answer was thought provoking and even very wordy on her end. Siresh was proud of her for letting all that go and being honest with him. "Yeah." It was all he could say for right this moment, still lost in what she said. It was kind of sad. "If it's something you want to pursue, I can help you get that set up and we can work you toward a higher education. Or a trade. Whatever you think you'd like." And now he was an education counselor? Man, was he getting around in the job department. "But I guess we still need to find Daniel before that." And that was if they didn't just...part ways after the job was done. "And I mean...if you're still around after that." Who knows. Maybe her brother is her romantic partner? For all he knew that could of been the case. Freaky.

Before her next question to him, her next drink was brought out. Siresh looked at the drink and found it odd that she wanted to share it with him. "Water of Life, huh? You're holding out, princess. Where's that milk of life?" Even making a lewd squeeze to his own manly pectorals. "I'll share it with you, absolutely. I've got to wait for my next drink to come at this point anyway." And he'd try a large swig of it. That was if she didn't just splash the drink in his face at this point. Regardless, she made a comment about her sexual partners. She was a hidden manslayer apparently. Who knew? It sort of made him nervous, his throat suddenly became dry and he shifted uncomfortably as his rising excitement became more prevalent. To prove he had blood to spare though, his face flushed a bright red unlike any other. It was a very telling look on someone of primarily Arabian descent.

She asked him about his own sexual partners then. What to even tell? He was a virgin! A lack of fucking 29 year old virgin! He had gone to every base with Alyse, his only partner. Getting to that homerun was impossible though, not on his end but on hers. She was more than willing for years but he always pushed her away or declined her invitations. It was something he couldn't quite explain. He loved to please, and getting back the same treatment was nice too. But to go all the way...he choked. Shut down. It never happened. Alyse thought he might have been gay. That wasn't an option either, he didn't really like men like that. Some were nice to look at, but its an appreciation he enjoyed strictly at a distance. "Double digits? You flatter me too much. What are you trying to say? That I'm sexually appealing?" That's what he took it as anyway. He shrugged though as it didn't really matter. "I...I guess it depends on what your definition of a sexual partner is. It could...be anywhere from 0 to 1. Scouts honor. So now you tell me your body count of sexual partners there, now that you got me all fucking flustered." Huff.
